The UFC Folding FID Bench is the perfect weight bench for dumbbell and barbell exercises. The abbreviation FID stands for Flat, Incline and Decline. This corresponds to the classic weight bench positions: flat bench, incline bench and decline bench. In total, the back cushion can be adjusted in seven positions and the seat in three positions. So you can set the right position for every dumbbell and barbell exercise.

For a higher leg position or to fix the legs, the UFC Folding FID Bench offers a footrest.

The simple adjustment of the weight bench ensures a smooth workout with quick changes of position. After training, the weight bench can be folded with just one handle. In this state, you can stow it away to save space.

Warranty

1. All our products carry at minimum of a one-year manufacturers Warranty (this excludes labour costs which are only covered for the first 3 months). Longer guarantees are shown on the product page.
2. If a product has a warranty on parts, this covers the product, no matter the location. To assess a defective product, it would need to be sent to one of our branches, or the customer can pay a call out fee, which is calculated by distance.
3. Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to ensure regular servicing of your equipment to maintain the listed warranties.
4. Warranty does not cover neglect, abuse or tampering. The onus is on the client to produce the original invoice.
